My experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The lovely Tuscan villa setting and the staff made for a memorable stay, but the dining service and room conditions left much to be desired. With some beautiful amenities and a relaxing vibe, it’s worth visiting, but be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.
